This private reference cannot confirm a warrant, change a court record, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. Use the Suffolk Police Warrant Clerk for local warrant and summons questions, then contact the clerk for the court that issued the process. The City FOIA office handles requests for existing city records. Choose the office by the record or case, since Suffolk courts, police, sheriff, and magistrate do separate work.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Suffolk City Warrant Records is privately operated. It cannot verify or recall a warrant, arrange a court date or surrender, accept a payment, or provide legal counsel. Official status comes from Suffolk Police and the court that holds the case.
